Payment
At AKTDES, you can pay with VISA/Dankort and Mastercard.
The amount will not be debited until the item is shipped.
Shipping
AKTDES offers shipping with GLS and DAO.
We ship to parcel shops.
We do NOT ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
We process and pack your order the same day if you have ordered before 4 PM.
Delivery time is 1-2 days with DAO and 3-5 business days with GLS.
AKTDES is responsible for the package until you receive it. In case of non-receipt, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
Returns
When you purchase through AKTDES, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period starts from the day you receive the package. Upon returning a package, the amount for the item will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the original purchase, no later than 14 days after we have received the items.
When returning, it is important that the item is returned in its original condition and shows no signs of use, and that you send the package in its original packaging, with the enclosed order slip. The package is your responsibility until we receive it. If the conditions for return are not met, the return will not be approved.
Packages must be sent to the specified address; we do not collect packages from other locations.

If a package is not collected from the parcel shop, this will be considered a return, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return Guide
- Go to your customer account.
- Click 'Request return'.

Select the item(s), the reason for return, and optionally add a note.
- Check that the item meets the return conditions.
- Order shipping.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the enclosed order slip.
- Close the package and place the shipping label over the old one.
- Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop.
Conditions for Returns
- The 14-day right of withdrawal has been observed
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is packed in its original packaging with the enclosed order slip
- The package has been sent to the specified address
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at aktdes.mail@gmail.com.
Complaints
Is your item broken or defective? Then you can exercise your right to complain.
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have the right to complain about any faults for which we are responsible, appearing no later than two years after the purchase. Faults for which we are responsible may include manufacturing defects, material defects, instruction errors, etc. These faults are only the seller's responsibility as long as it is not natural wear and tear and you are not to blame for the damage due to incorrect handling of the item.
It is important that you contact us via email as soon as possible after the fault is discovered.
For complaints, please send an email to aktdes.mail@gmail.com with the order number and a picture where the fault is clearly visible. You will then receive a return label via email, the cost of which we will cover. We will process your inquiry as quickly as possible.
