Return and Refund Policy

When you purchase through AKTDES, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins when you receive the package.

The customer is responsible for returning the package.

The return must be registered on your customer account.

When returning, it is important that the item is returned in its original condition and shows no signs of use, and that you send the package in its original packaging, with the enclosed order slip. The package is your responsibility until we receive it. If the conditions for return are not met, the return will not be approved.

Packages must be sent to the specified address; we do not collect packages from other locations.

If a package is not collected from the parcel shop, this will be considered a return, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

• The item is packaged in its original packaging with the enclosed order slip
• The package has been sent to the specified address

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
